Congestive Heart Failure Patient/Doctor Ethnography Report
Client: Orlando Healthcare Foundation
Our team was engaged by the Orlando Healthcare Foundation (OHF) to conduct ethnographic research with patients diagnosed with advanced congestive heart failure (CHF). The primary objective was to address OHF’s concern regarding the high rates of CHF patient readmissions following discharge. To inform our technology-based product recommendations, we conducted in-depth interviews with ten patients from diverse demographics and five clinicians from various clinics, gathering valuable insights to guide the development of tailored solutions for OHF.
